Description:

After at least 10 minutes of conversation with their target a character can use charming to convince the target to engage in interactions and assist the character in ways which are against the target’s interest and are likely to endanger the target. After being affected the target will proceed to assist the character as requested for 10 minutes and at the end the target is confused about why they acted the way they did, but not immediately hostile to the user.
