The user applies a disguise themselves or another character causing NPCs to treat the affected characters as neutral or non-threatening when they interact with them as part of an encounter. If combat begins all characters affected by disguise are immediately recognized as their true self. This skill must be used in advance of an encounter and plot must be aware of its use.
